As an experienced resource development professional, Dave brings a detail-oriented, analytical approach to supporting non-profit organizations through funding strategy and development.

Dave is a graduate of SUNY Geneseo and Carnegie Mellon University’s Heinz College. Before joining the AJS Team, Dave has worked in resource development for the United Way of South Hampton Roads in Norfolk, VA, and as an affordable housing/community developer for the Mon Valley Initiative in Homestead, PA.

Dave’s primary area of philanthropic interest remains affordable housing development, and he is most proud of the millions of dollars in housing development funds he successfully raised for communities throughout the Mon Valley region of western Pennsylvania.

A Western New York native, Dave currently lives in Pittsburgh, Pennsylvania, with his family. Outside of work, Dave enjoys cooking, listening to his extensive record collection, and watching his favorite Buffalo sports team toil in futility.
