
Audrey J. Szychulski, CFRE
Founder and Principal
Passionate fundraiser, consultant, and administrator with over 20 years in non-profit executive management and Certified Fundraising Executive International accredited. Audrey is passionate about serving her community be it locally, regionally, or nationally.
Audrey has had a diverse fundraising, communications, and marketing career. She has previously been the Director of Development or Executive Director/CEO for five professional American symphonies, assisted in establishing the Foundation for the International Association for the Study of Lung Cancer, served as a Development and Compliance Officer for a workforce development center, and taught strategic planning to Masters students along with various fundraising and board development consulting experiences. Audrey holds a Master of Science degree in Arts Administration from Drexel University, a Bachelor of Music degree from Mansfield University of Pennsylvania, and general and government grant certifications from the Grantsmanship Center.
Of her professional accomplishments, she is proudest of the Sesquicentennial Legacy Award in the state of Massachusetts for her efforts to diversify classical music audiences in terms of cultural and socioeconomic backgrounds. The award is reserved for individuals who work in the spirit of union and freedom and are felt to have contributed to the progress of the community and country.
Audrey’s current personal philanthropic interests include the arts, workforce development in the trades, supporting rescue pups, causes related to women in leadership initiatives, and a small variety of others that she feels personally connected to as a Cuban/Polish individual and second-generation American raised in a major city.
Audrey is a Philadelphia native. She and her registered service dog currently spend most of the year in Colorado Springs and a month or two in Ocean City, NJ to be closer to her East Coast family.
