
Alexandra Yargeau

A dynamic administrator and marketing professional with over 12 years of experience, Alexandra is driven by her passion for community engagement and service.
Alexandra has worked with esteemed organizations such as the Erie Philharmonic, Virginia Opera, and Pittsburgh Playback Theatre in both an administrative as well as artistic capacity, before transitioning to a role at Point Park University where she assists the Dean of the Conservatory of Performing Arts, as well as teaches Music Appreciation. Recently, she started her marketing agency, Yargeau & Co., where she works primarily with women-owned small businesses to grow and optimize their online presence.
She holds a Master of Business Administration in Sports, Arts, and Entertainment Management from Point Park University, and a Bachelor of Arts degree from Mercyhurst University in Music and Arts Administration.
Of her accomplishments, Alexandra is most proud to have grown the Point Park University Senior Showcase to a project that serves over 40 students annually. Over the past 6 years, Senior Showcase has gone from a simple, one-day event, to a year-long process of workshops, resume evaluations, and a culminating performance event for an invited audience of industry professionals in New York City.
Alexandra’s philanthropic interests include the arts, art education, and environmental sustainability. She frequently partners with Goodwill of Southwestern Pennsylvania to promote their waste reduction and recycling initiatives.
A Western New York native, Alexandra and her family reside in Pittsburgh, Pennsylvania. Outside of work, she enjoys thrift shopping, reading, and visiting coffee shops.
